6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or items are missing:
Damaged Package: Please do not accept it and notify our customer support immediately.
Missing Items: Report any missing products within 48 hours of delivery.
