  • To be eligible for a refund, With in 7 Business Working Days the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Products purchased through third-party vendors or resellers are not eligible for refunds through OptCare.

2. Reasons for Returned Items:

  • We accept returns for the following reasons:
    • Damaged or defective products upon receipt.

    • Dissatisfaction with the product’s performance or quality (subject to our discretion).
  • Returns for reasons other than those listed above may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
