Returns Policy

We have utmost confidence in the quality of our products and believe you will cherish them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion within 7 days of your initial purchase, and we’ll gladly refund the purchase amount to your Bank. Please note the following minor exceptions to our generally liberal returns policy:

1. Email us at support@optcare.in to notify us of your intent to return the product.
2. Include your Order Number in the email and specify whether you prefer a refund to your Bank Directly.
3. We’ll promptly respond to confirm receipt of your request and address any queries you may have.
4. Our delivery executive will collect the items, along with your Order Number and Name. Please ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend enclosing items in a Ziploc bag for added protection.

Regrettably, return shipping fees are non-refundable. For damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance (see Damaged Items section below).

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly, with most refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt.

Damaged Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products for any damage incurred during shipment. While some wear may be expected, if damage is evident, notify us immediately at support@optcare.in. For expedited service, provide your order number, email address, and phone number. Retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for carrier inspection.
