At OptCare, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Due to health and safety regulations, certain hygiene products may not be eligible for return once opened.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend enclosing items in a Ziploc bag for added protection.
3. Return Shipping Charges
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable: Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or directly to your bank account, as per your preference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Immediate Contact: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product.
Provide Evidence: Share photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order details.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
