Q1: How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order by logging into your account on our website. Go to the “Order History” section, and you’ll find your tracking number along with a link to track your shipment. You will also receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Q1: How do I return or exchange a product?
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 working days of receiving your order. You can reach us at info@optcare.in or call us at 7842666095. After your request is reviewed, we will send you further instructions for the return or exchange process.

Q2: What is the return window?
You can return products within 7 working days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Q3: Are there any return shipping charges?
Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Payments & Refunds

Q1: What payment methods are accepted?
